This Collection Notice supplements SaveHealth’s Privacy Policy and governs your use of the prescription discount card program (the “Program”) and its related products and services (the “Services”) offered through our website and mobile applications (the “Website”). The Website and Services are provided by Save.Health LLC and its affiliates (“SaveHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 

SaveHealth may collect, through the Website and Services, the following categories of Personal Information, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and, where applicable, under state consumer privacy laws that impose similar data collection disclosure obligations.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of Personal Information: 

  • Identifiers: e.g., name, date of birth, postal address, email address, IP address, device identifiers.

  • Customer Records: e.g., phone number, coupon usage, and prescription search history.

  • Protected Classifications: e.g., gender (if voluntarily disclosed).

  • Commercial Information: e.g., records of products or services searched, obtained, or considered; coupons used; preferences; and demographic data 

  • Internet Activity: e.g., browsing history, IP address, referral sources, and interactions with the Website or app.

  • Geolocation Data: e.g., ZIP code or approximate device location.

  • Sensitive Personal Information (Health Data): e.g., health-related search queries, medication interests, coupon use, and pharmacy lookup activity. We do not collect precise geolocation within 2,000 feet of a healthcare provider.

Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information: 

  • Directly from you

  • Automatically via your device

  • From third-party vendors, including analytics providers, marketing partners, and pharmacy benefit managers.

Purposes for Collection and Use

We use personal information to

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services

  • Personalize your experience

  • Respond to your inquiries and fulfill requests

  • Analyze performance and conduct research

  • Comply with applicable law

  • Support advertising or marketing (subject to your rights and applicable law)

  • Facilitate operational functions such as referral attribution

Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to: 

  • Service Providers: e.g., data hosting, customer service, or analytics vendors

  • Marketing and Referral Partners: limited to basic identifiers (like names or email addresses), and in some cases, limited data necessary to ensure proper attribution for referral-based visits or transactions

  • Affiliates and Subsidiaries: for internal operations

  • Government Authorities: if legally required

  • Corporate Transactions: in the event of a merger, sale, or asset transfer

Your Rights and How to Exercise them: Access, Deletion, and Correction Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect

  • Request deletion of your personal information

  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information

We do not require account creation to process requests. If denied, you may appeal (see below).

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share certain identifiers (e.g., email) with marketing partners.  Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out. The sale of your personal information; and the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (also referred to as targeted advertising).

Limiting Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We only use sensitive personal information (such as health data) to the extent necessary to deliver requested services unless you have expressly consented otherwise. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to provide requested services. If we deny your privacy rights request and you believe the decision was made in error, you may have the right to appeal, depending on your state of residence.

If your appeal is unsuccessful, you may also contact your state’s Attorney General or consumer protection agency.
