This Collection Notice supplements SaveHealth’s Privacy Policy and governs your use of the prescription discount card program (the “Program”) and its related products and services (the “Services”) offered through our website and mobile applications (the “Website”). The Website and Services are provided by Save.Health LLC and its affiliates (“SaveHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SaveHealth may collect, through the Website and Services, the following categories of Personal Information, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and, where applicable, under state consumer privacy laws that impose similar data collection disclosure obligations.

We may collect the following categories of Personal Information:
Identifiers: e.g., name, date of birth, postal address, email address, IP address, device identifiers.
Customer Records: e.g., phone number, coupon usage, and prescription search history.
Protected Classifications: e.g., gender (if voluntarily disclosed).
Commercial Information: e.g., records of products or services searched, obtained, or considered; coupons used; preferences; and demographic data
Internet Activity: e.g., browsing history, IP address, referral sources, and interactions with the Website or app.
Geolocation Data: e.g., ZIP code or approximate device location.
Sensitive Personal Information (Health Data): e.g., health-related search queries, medication interests, coupon use, and pharmacy lookup activity. We do not collect precise geolocation within 2,000 feet of a healthcare provider.

The sale of your personal information; and the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (also referred to as targeted advertising).
